Description
Black and white photograph of Staker Parsons or Fife Construction gravel pit. Photo is taken looking west from the top of a mountain/hill. Photo overlooks the pit from behind. The merge of Highway 89 and 90 is visible, along with the Brigham City Tabernacle and Big J Milling and Elevator Company in the background. In the pit, machinery is visible, slides, warehouses, and many mounds are visible. Mayors Pond is slightly visible over the last hill on the right of the photo. This gravel pit is still in use today (2014).
