Description
A program with the Orpheus Chorus at the auditorium of the Intermountain Indian School. Women in fine outfits are on the stage in two rows, with flowers and a piano in the front.

At the piano is Verna Johnson.  Clyde Glover and Delone Glover are on the left side, both with sashes on their waists, with LaRue Wight next to them on the right.  The row first behind the piano, in a floral blouse, is Nola Watkins. The last row, from left to right, has Nellie Wight, Clara Jensen, Norma Burnett, Laura Sackett, ?, ?, Lola Delphia Nielsen, and the rest are unknown.  On the right edge of the stage is Norman Watkins, who was the conductor.

The Orpheus chorus was a female only chorus assembled in 1929 by Norman Victor Watkins.  It was first known as the young ladies mutual improvement association chorus and then the name changed as it began to expand.  It started as a church related activity before opening up to the city.  They performed in Utah and Idaho.
