A crowd of people surround an outdoor stage at the Golden Spike. A group of people sit on the stage, with an American flag and a State of Utah Flag. Boyd K. Packer is at the podium, speaking. Governor Calvin L. Rampton is in attendence and on the stage. (Quite possibly the May 10, 1969, but could not get exact confirmation.)
